Chico Mondays!
A chico is a sweet corn dried in an horno and added to beans as a condiment giving it a delicious, smokey, slightly sweet taste. Mondays only.
Tuesday - Chicken Fajitas
Marinated and grilled chicken strips with a medley of grilled onions, peppers, and green chile strips served with tortillas, cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and refried beans on the side.
Wednesday - Organic Lamb Burger
Made with local organic lamb from Shepherd's Lamb in Tierra Amarilla, feta cheese, and your choice of house-cut french fries, side salad or cole slaw.
Thursday - Lamb Ribs
Local, organic lamb ribs from Shepherd's Lamb in Tierra Amarilla, side of red chile, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. (Available seasonally- generally September to April.)
Friday - Grilled Tilapia
Grilled tilapia crusted with panko and Parmesan cheese with a lemon beurre blanc sauce with rice and grilled calabacitas.
