Northern New Mexican Favorites
All of our red and green chile is grown in the lower Rio Grande valley of New Mexico near the towns of Hatch and Salem. Our ground beef is natural, grass-fed, and raised by New Mexico ranchers.

Enchiladas
Served flat with onions, pinto beans, rice, and your choice of chile.

Green Chile Stew
A heart bowl of green chile stew made with all natural beef, potatoes, tomatoes, herbs and spices. Served with a tortilla. Bowl or Cup.
New Mexican Steak Plate
6 ounce all natural flat iron steak served with a rolled cheese enchilada with green chile, a tamale with red chile, posole and beans.
Green Chile Cheese Burger Deluxe
Local, grass-fed ground beef, green chile, your choice of cheddar, swiss, or American cheese. Served with house cut french fries.
Central Cafe Meat Loaf
Albuquerque style – featuring New Mexico raised beef, jalapeno mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.
Southwestern Chicken Salad
Marinated and perfectly cooked strips of chicken on top of romaine lettuce, served with corn salsa, avocado, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin seeds, and citrus vinaigrette.
